We had such a successful and memorable event at Olea.  Thank you to Olea, Jeff Hellman, James Powers, John Raccuia and Mark Saba.

 

Our next event will be at Il Palio, Shelton on Saturday, September 11th at 6:30 pm.  A couple of years ago we had a dinner at Il Paleo, it was the highlight of the year.  John Raccuia and I recently met with Margherita Alio, the executive chef, to discuss the menu. Margherita’s genuine love of food and wine, her creativity and skill in the kitchen have  excited us to taste the next offering.   For two hours we listened as she made our mouths water as she described each little detail she would be adding to each dish.  We cannot wait. 

 

We would like to increase our membership and encourage you to invite friends to our dinners and experience our food, fine wine and great camaraderie .  Our Induction will take place in December.  Our next Mondiale will take place in November and we will have another Mondiale Induction.  Mondiale members have priority at special small Mondiale events.  We encourage you to become members, please contact Ginnie for more details.

September 1st.  There is no refund of monies after September 7th.
