Confreres and Friends,

Yamas (Cheers)! Three characters - Westchester NY Chaine members: Carolynn Dilworth, Jonathan Lange and Lou Bruno, will prepare the entire Greek Dinner for the evening. They are passionate about Greek Food and its Culture. However, they are constantly learning about Greek Wines. 

We created this menu as we gathered ideas from our personal experiences in the family run tavernas in the Plaka. We have experienced the aroma of Moussaka, the most famous dish in all of Greece, as we stroll through other Acropoli in Athens. We gathered our memories of the most gorgeous sunsets in the world - at restaurants in Oia, Santorini - dining on Charcoal Grilled Octopus and a chilled bottle of Assyrtiko from the ground laden wreath vines of the same name.

The Greek Islands can offer delectable desserts of all kinds, but the most famous and sought after is Galatoboureko.

Please join us as we prepare all day in a state of the art hospitality kitchen at the Carlton House in Larchmont. Dinner promises to be “Taverna Style” with the best Greece has to offer in cuisine, wine and spirits.


You won’t be disappointed. 

Westchester NY Chaine Members and one Guest is $125 each. All others are $150.00 each.
