
Confreres and Friends,
After several years of communication with the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, we have finally slotted a date and a Menu that works for all concerned and will entertain all that attend.
As originally planned, we have secured the Paul Bocuse Restaurant at the CIA with seating in front of the glass walled kitchen, where we can observe students preparing our dinner and Chef Instructors monitoring with an instructive eye.
Our Menu will be a derivation of several of Chef Bocuse’s signature dishes including the Truffle Soup VGE. As you know, it was originally created in 1975 for the President of France, Valery Giscard d’Estaing at a luncheon given at the Elysee Palace in Paris, where Pail Bocuse received the Legion of Honor on that occasion.
We invite you to support these budding artists of the table, enjoy the camaraderie of the Chaine and enjoy some of the finest wines of our Westchester NY Bailliage Wine Cellar.
Dinner 6:00 pm. Dress is Smart Casual, members with Ribbons.
Classical French Dinner with a Chef Paul Bocuse flair.
Westchester NY Chaine Members and one Guest is $225 each. All others are $275.00 each.
