Henri Nasto, new member of our Westchester NY Chapter of the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs; Proprietor of Le Provencal Bistro and I have put together a Fete du Pay to celebrate Bonne Fete National. As you may know July 14th is a French national day called “Bastille Day” – but never in France. It is a day of celebrating French Culture and called “Bonne Fete Nationale” in France. The menu is attached, let’s celebrate with all who are French and those who want to be that day.
