Dear Chaine,
Every now and then there's a buzz about a restaurant that makes being there extra special. Tournedos has been reinvigorated by the new management team and owners. Our dinner on May 17th at the Inn on Broadway will start with sparkling and hor d'oeuvres at 6 PM. Sitting down for dinner at 6:45. Our multi course meal paired with wine will start with Foie Gras and langoustine raviolis with a meyer lemon butter sauce. Next up is a crispy skin duck breast served with warm baby bok choy and exotic mushroom slaw with a honey soy ginger sauce. Your choice for dinner is either Ora King Salmon filet with asparagus, cucumber ribbons with a tomato vinaigrette or an A5 Kobe tenderloin served medium rare with a truffled potato puree and a red wine gastrique. PLEASE let me know with your reservation which entree' you'd like. Dessert will be a Chocolate goddess cake followed by a trio of Truffles. It should be a great gastronomic adventure.
